1. General Return Eligibility

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days from the shipping date.
  • Items must be factory sealed
  • For defective items, we will ship replacement parts or provide a prepaid return label for a full replacement.
  • Open boxes or non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% or may not be eligible for return.

2. Specific Cases and Exceptions:

  • Non-cancellable: DJI Drones. made-to-order products, bulk orders and brands such as Talaria, Kaaspeed, SurRon. 
  • Non-returnable: DJI Drones, electric bikes, refurbished products, medical products, pool products and thermal imaging cameras and drones.
  • Returnable 15 days after shipping: Boox, GreenBike, Nakto, Mototec, Eahora, Rurui, Samebike, Hurley and Swellpro.

3. Cancellation and Return Process

  • Cancellation: if you want to cancel an order, please send an email to support@wellbots.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If we are able to cancel the order before it ships, you will be refunded in 2-3 business days. If not, please start a return. 
  • Return: Email support@wellbots.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos and/or videos of the issue (if any)
    • Product serial number
