We ship the bike in California, it will take about one week to ship to you once we unload the tracking number to your order.
If I purchase, how do you honor the warranty?
We have a repair shop in California, if you are close to the shop, you can go there for repair. Or we can send you the replacement part and video for you to change yourself.
Does this bike come with a twist throttle or thumb throttle?
It is a thumb throttle.
Can I change the throttle to the twist one?
No, you can not change it, even if you find the right size to fit the handle, the program inside the controller is not compatible.
